Pastoral Counseling
Sometimes the worries of this world, the hands we’ve been dealt, or the disappointments we carry can make us question if God still sees us. Our own sins and mistakes, or the sins of others against us can cause deep trauma and grief. We experience feelings of being lost, anxious, alone, depressed… and even hopeless, as if our best days were over.

It’s about grabbing hold of the keys to unlock intimacy, communication and satisfaction. It’s rising up beyond the life you’re building so that God can build His Kingdom through your marriage. It’s falling deeper in love with your spouse as you experience deeper revelations of The Father’s perfect plan for putting you two together in the first place.
It’s taking a stand to not become a failed marriage statistic, and instead standing firm against the enemy’s attacks against God’s design for marriage.

As a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach, my goal is to help you activate your own internal strength and resources to make sustainable healthy lifestyle behavior changes to achieve your wellness goals.
Throughout this process, you will be in the driver’s seat. I believe you have what it takes to reach your desired outcomes. We will work together to explore new ways to enhance your physical and emotional well-being in keeping with what you value most in life. I will provide accountability and education as requested along the way.
